IT Support
The school is supported with all matters related to IT by Concero https://concero.education/
We have an on-site IT technician throughout the school day that can help to support staff and students so that learning can continue with as little disruption as possible.
Mr Hall is the Strategic IT Lead for the school LiamHall@alcesteracademy.org.uk
The school utilises both Microsoft and Google technology; Office applications support our administration, and Google supports our teaching groups, resources and application of home work.
School Cloud is then used for some parents’ evenings https://www.schoolcloud.co.uk. Feedback has included that this is efficient and allows staff-parent consultations the privacy required.
